We're Hiring - Studios Manager

We're looking for a friendly and professional Studios Manager to join our operations team and take ownership of the day-to-day running of our three studios.
This is a varied, people-facing role at the heart of our practice, making sure our colleagues are well supported and our studios feel like welcoming, well-run places to work. You'll be part of an established operations team, working alongside our Head of Finance & Operations, Business Development Manager, and Finance & Compliance Administrator, with additional support from our HR and IT consultants.
We'd love to hear from candidates with a background in office management, facilities coordination or operations. Experience within architecture is welcome but not essential, and we're just as interested to hear from people working in other creative or professional services environments. More than anything, we're looking for someone proactive and organised, who takes pride in their work and enjoys building good relationships with the people around them.

- Location: Glasgow city centre, with regular visits to our Edinburgh and Dundee studios
- Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE
- Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
